Shipping Policies:

Shipping on boards is by weight and state, and is calculated at checkout.

We ship boards all over the continental United States at a flat rate with LTL carriers. Delivery location will be to the nearest freight depot to the address used when placing the order online. If you would like to have residential delivery considered as an option, please call the shop to speak with an agent of Epic Boardsports. We can help you with any special shipping requests.

It is IMPERATIVE that the board be unwrapped and inspected in its entirety upon delivery and PRIOR TO SIGNING ANY DELIVERY PAPERWORK. There is a claims process that must be followed in order to receive reimbursement from the carrier. Damage MUST be denoted ON THE PAPERWORK and pictures MUST be taken of the damage item and the box prior to either accepting or refusing the shipment. We do not require the customer to keep the damaged board, but that is an option for the customer if the customer is agreeable to receiving a credit on the board for repair and depreciation considerations.

Return Policy:

Your business is very important to us. Our intent is to create or represent products and services of exceptional value. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. You can return or exchange your purchased product for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the new, un-opened, un-used items and in the original box and/or packaging.

You may return a product sold by this site for a full refund of the purchase price provided that you: (i) notify us prior to returning the product and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, (ii) return the product to us in its original packaging with the RMA number and a printed copy of your purchase receipt within fourteen (14) days of our shipment of the product to you, (iii) prepay shipping charges, and (iv) insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.  There is a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned items charged on Credit Card.

You may exchange product sold by this site for a full refund of the purchase price provided that you: (i) notify us prior to returning the product and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, (ii) return the product to us in its original packaging with the RMA number and a printed copy of your purchase receipt within thirty (30) days of our shipment of the product to you, (iii) prepay shipping charges, and (iv) insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

1. BOARDS

2. PADDLES AFTER THEY ARE CUT

3. SALE MERCHANDISE

We recommend using registered mail, UPS, or FedEx for all returns. Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that we receive the merchandise.
